Through our extensive network of factory-approved service companies whose personnel are trained to support our products, Novatherm provides fast and reliable service, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Most replacement parts for our boilers are kept in stock by our customers' local suppliers. This approach reduces both repair costs and down-time. Novatherm can provide parts directly.  We also supply a detailed parts list that includes the original manufacturers’ model number, so you can choose to buy directly from the local distributors.
