Warranty

Novatherm offers a comprehensive warranty against equipment defects for 12 months from the date of start-up or 18 months from the date of shipment.

The pressure vessel is covered against thermal shocks for 20 years.

Novatherm may also extend the duration of the basic warranty terms covering the boiler, including the burner and controls. Contact your sales representative for details.

Given all the innovations added to the design, our products operate at higher efficiency than the competition.  We are so confident in our technology that Novatherm can offer a performance guarantee ensuring that our equipment will operate at the promised efficiency.  This guarantee is offered at the time of purchase, subject to certain conditions.  Contact your sales representative for details.
